In the Republika Srpska, the “Immortal Regiment” march will be held today, on the day of victory over fascism, in Banja Luka, Trebinje, Srbac, and Pale, the organizers announced.

The gathering of participants in Banja Luka took place from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the Petar Kočić Park, and the column then headed to the Martyrs’ Square, where flowers were laid and tribute paid to the victims of fascism.

On this day in 1945, with the signing of the capitulation of Nazi Germany, World War II in Europe ended.
