The Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) invites all institutions and organizations at all levels of government, as well as the private sector, to enable their users to use the e-IDDEEA mobile application – the official solution for digital identification, authentication and electronic signing of documents.

The e-IDDEEA application allows registered users – citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who have previously activated their free qualified electronic signature in one of the IDDEEA Registration Bodies/Certificate Offices in Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Bihać, Bijeljina and Mostar – to immediately activate and use numerous digital services.

e-IDDEEA is a free mobile and desktop application developed by IDDEEA, which allows citizens to sign electronic documents with legal force, access their data from official records (ID card, passport, driver’s license), monitor the status of document production, check fines (traffic, tax, etc.), view data about their vehicles and other functionalities that are constantly expanding.

Institutions and organizations are already familiar with all the technical and legal aspects of using this solution, which have the advantage of increasing efficiency through the digitalization of processes and procedures, reliable and legally valid user authentication and simple technical integration via API.

The advantages that this application offers to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina are saving time and money with the ability to sign documents and use electronic services from home or any other place without coming to locations and offices because the application is available 24/7 via mobile phone and computer.

We also remind you that from 01.06.2024. year, IDDEEA will enroll all applicants for an ID card a digital representation certificate during the document personalization process, which further facilitates access to electronic services via an ID card reader.

To use this certificate, an ID card reader and software are required, which can be downloaded from the IDDEEA website.
