The Final Conference of the Project “Reporters Without Borders”

novinari_bez_granicaThe final conference of the project “Reporters without borders”, implemented by Radio Bijelo Polje and the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University “Dzemal Bijedić” in Mostar funded by the European Union will take place today in Mostar.

The results of the research generated during the six-day summer school organized in Bijelo Polje for representatives of the local media and students of four municipalities of the Herzegovina – Neretva Canton and for the six municipalities from Montenegro will be presented at today’s conference.

After the end of the summer school, a mentor was appointed to work with students on particular topic from the investigative journalism field. All the researches are published in a special brochure that will be presented today.

The Project “Reporters without Borders “started in January of this year and will end on the 10th November 2013.

The total value of the project is 89.223.00 euros of which 49.843.00 went to partner of the project in Montenegro and 20.680.00 euros to the partner from B&H. The University “Jamal Bijedić” participated with 8.000.00 euros and Radio Bijelo Polje with 10.700.00 euros.
