The first souvenir of the National Theatre in Sarajevo is concept solution of students of the Secondary School of Applied Arts Sarajevo, whose work was coordinated by the recently appointed director of the school, Elma Alic-Sobot.
It was created as part of the project “Youth, as an inseparable part of public cultural life of BiH for better tomorrow”, which was supported by Lottery of BiH in cooperation with the National Theatre Sarajevo.
The first souvenirs of the National Theatre of Sarajevo will decorate the space of the Embassy of BiH in Macedonia and the Opera and Ballet of Macedonia with its beauty and originality.
They were awarded by the director of the National Theater of Sarajevo, Marijela Hasimbegovic, during her visit to these institutions on the occasion of the important guest visit of the National Theatre in Sarajevo with the opera “Dragon of Bosna” by Asim Horozic.
The opera “Dragon of Bosna”will be presented at the Festival of May Opera in Skopje, which will take place on May 22, 2018.
Souvenirs of the National Theatre of Sarajevo will be officially presented during the presentation of the artistic program realized by high school students from Canton Sarajevo, which was held within the project “Youth, as an inseparable part of public cultural life of BiH for better tomorrow”.
