The company Vjetroelektrane Dah planine from Sarajevo plans to build the Cadilj wind farm in Glamoc, on the stretch of the cadastral municipalities of Dolac and Vidimilije.

A wind power plant with a connected power of 138 MW is planned, which will consist of 23 wind turbines with a power of up to 6 MW, and which would annually produce about 410 GWh of electricity. Cadilj wind power plant as a single functional unit will consist of a series of operational plateaus with wind turbines, access roads, cable distribution and connection to the existing power grid.

According to the proposed project, a Siemens SG power generator up to 6 MW with a blade length of 85 m is proposed.

Wind power plant Cadilj is located in the municipality of Glamoc, approximately 8 km north of Livno. The location is in a hilly area, at about 1,200 m above sea level, on the karst plateau of the Krug mountain,

The purpose of the Cadilj wind power plant is the production of electricity by converting wind energy, it is pointed out in the request for a preliminary environmental impact assessment made by Zagrebinspetk from Mostar.

The Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism has made the Request for Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment of the construction project available to public, and comments and suggestions can be sent within 30 days.

In July 2022, the company Vjetroelektrane Dah planine Mostar was granted a concession for the construction of the Cadilj wind park, for which a one-time concession fee was determined in the amount of 62,236 BAM, and the annual concession fee will be calculated in the amount of 1.75%.

The company Vjetroelektrane Dah planine is a subsidiary of the German company wpd, which has already built wind farms all over the world, as well as in neighboring Croatia.

To recall, in May 2019, it was written about the intention of the company wpd Adria to build an integrated system of wind farms in the area of Livno, Grahovo, and Glamoc, in which it would invest 1.5 billion euros, eKapija reports.
