corridorOn today’s meeting, the Government of FBiH adopted a number of decisions on the continuation of the construction of sub-sections on Corridor 5C, and they gave the approval to the inspectors of the Federal Administration for Inspection to work on non-working days as well.

“For beginning of the construction of the bridge ‘Pocitelj’ we made the decision on expropriation. All documentation for the construction of the subsection Klopce-Donja Gracanica is completed, and the value of this project is around 36 million EUR. Now we just need to get the green light from the EBRD on crediting this section, which will happen in the next month,” said Denis Lasic, Minister of Transport and Communications of FBiH.

Government of FBiH today considered the information of PC Roads of the FBiH for funding of the project “Modernization of the main roads in the FBiH” to be provided by the loan from the World Bank – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), which amounts to 58 million EUR.

Moreover, the Government of FBiH gave its consent to the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs that the inspectors can work on non-working days as well.

“More than 90 inspectors in the following period will control the market, including tourism and hospitality, sanitation, health care, pharmaceutical, forestry, veterinary, water, control of safety at work and others fields. Our goal is to stabilize the field of health care, tourism, hospitality, transport and other areas where we have jurisdiction. This kind of activities will last until the situation gets better,” said Anis Ajdinovic, the Director of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs.

In the past three days, the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs conducted more than 200 controls, imposed over 100 misdemeanor warrants and 6 measures of prohibition of work.
