On March 22nd, 2022, the Director of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Zoran Galic, and the German Federal Police Liaison Officer for BiH, Florian Wedekind, signed the Agreement on the Donation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Border Police of BiH.
These are specialist equipment of greater value intended for border control, as well as other activities that will contribute to the prevention of all forms of cross-border crime.
So far, the Government of Germany has donated equipment worth more than 13 million BAM to the Border Police of BiH with the aim of operational strengthening of this police agency and thus increasing general and security at the border, border zone, and airports in BiH, and also organized a large number of training for BiH police officers.
