The International Economic Fair “Banja Luka Expo 2026” has opened in Banja Luka, with more than 300 exhibitors from the region and the world participating.
The fair was opened by the President of the Republic of Srpska Siniša Karan, and the opening was attended, among others, by Prime Minister Savo Minić, President of the National Assembly Nenad Stevandić, and the Rector of the University of Banja Luka Radoslav Gajanin.
The International Fair “Banja Luka Expo 2026” is a key event for the economic promotion of the Republic of Srpska and the largest economic event in the region.
The area of 15,000 square meters will feature the fields of construction, IT, wood industry, robotics, green energy and modern technologies.
The Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska previously stated that the fair will be a platform for directly connecting domestic businessmen with international partners and investors, and an opportunity to strengthen the export capacities of domestic companies.
The fair is expected to attract exhibitors and business delegations from more than 10 countries, including Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Turkey and China.
The fair is organized by the companies “RS Consulting and Trade” and “Elite Fair” with the institutional support of the Government of Republika Srpska, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers, the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska and the city of Banja Luka.
