The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspended the investigation against SDA president Bakir Izetbegović, director of the Srebrenica Memorial Center Emir Suljagić and Reuf Bajrović, who were reported by the president of the Croatian Republican Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina Slaven Raguž for inciting national, racial and religious hatred in August 2022, BiH Prosecutor’s Office said.

The Prosecutor’s Office said that the investigation was suspended after checking the report.

The injured party has the right to appeal this decision of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After Raguž’s report, Izetbegović, Suljagić and Bajrović were questioned in the Investigation and Protection Agency /SIPA/ BiH.

At the time, the media reported that Izetbegović was questioned because of a speech at a rally in Hadžići in July 2022.
