On Saturday, the Herzegovinian mountain rescue service of the Čitluk-Međugorje station (HGSS) found the lifeless body of a man from Croatia on Križevac or Apparition Hill near Medjugorje.
“Today we received a call from the police for an intervention in Križevac. When we arrived on the south side, we found a male person without signs of life. After the emergency services found him dead, we transported him. We send our sincere condolences to the family of the deceased,” it was announced.
Križevac is a hill about 500 meters high that rises one kilometer south of Medjugorje.
