The meeting announced today in Banja Luka between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković and the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik has been postponed until tomorrow.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković extended the meeting in Banja Luka for tomorrow because today he will be in Belgrade where he will sign the book of mourning and lay flowers for the murdered children in the elementary school in the Vračar settlement.
The announcement of the meeting comes at a time when the coalition is facing a big test in the state elections. There is every chance that the fate of the “never faster formed Council of Ministers” depends on the eventual agreement regarding gas interconnections.
Let us remind you that the session of the Council of Ministers was canceled last Thursday, because the collegium did not agree on all the items on the agenda.
Ministers of SNSD complain about the issue of the new eastern interconnection with Serbia, HDZ insists on the southern one with Croatia.
“If Eastern interconnection is not on the agenda, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not function either,” said Milorad Dodik.
