The Most Successful Bosnian Entrepreneur Prepares A Million-Euro Investment With Germans

German investors, together with Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) entrepreneur Snjezana Kopruner, are considering the possibility of a major investment in tourism in the area of the municipality of Prozor-Rama, which could open up a completely new development perspective for this Central Bosnian municipality.

BiH media previously wrote about this, and the information has now been confirmed by Jozo Ivancevic, Mayor of the Municipality of Prozor-Rama, who stated that initial talks with potential investors have already been held.

“We had initial talks with a group of German investors who came together with Ms. Snjezana Kopruner from GS Holding Regensburg. These are serious and reliable partners, and we are currently jointly working on conceptual sketches of tourist projects,” Ivancevic said.

Conceptual projects of world-class caliber

According to him, the preparation of the conceptual designs has been entrusted to a renowned architectural studio from Zadar, headed by academician Nikola Basic, the author of the world-famous Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun in Zadar.

“He is working on conceptual sketches for the Zahum and Izlaz viewpoints, as well as for locations at Scit and several other attractive points that he personally visited. If investor interest remains, Rama could gain representative tourist facilities that would significantly change the image of this municipality,” Ivancevic recently emphasized.

Everything indicates that, if the project is realized, it could involve a million-level investment with long-term effects on employment and the local economy.

Who is Snjezana Kopruner?

It should be recalled that Snjezana Kopruner is considered the most successful BiH entrepreneur, and she is the owner of GS Holding, a group that has, for years, been making strong investments in industry in BiH.

Her key company, GS-TMT (Travnik Machine Factory), is one of the most significant industrial companies in Central Bosnia, with decades of experience in the production of machine parts and complex industrial solutions for foreign markets.

Within the group operates GS-Dynamics, which recently launched production in a newly built factory in Novi Travnik, worth around 8 million BAM. This company produces electric bicycles and industrial components for the world’s largest brands, with almost the entire production intended for export to the European Union (EU), the United States (U.S.), and China.

Factory in Prozor-Rama – a turning point for the municipality

It is particularly significant that GS Holding recently opened a large metal industry factory in Prozor-Rama as well, which was the first new factory opened in this municipality in the past 40 years.

That very investment showed that the German-Bosnian partnership has a long-term vision for the development of this area, and a potential investment in tourism would represent a logical continuation of industrial and economic expansion.

From industry to tourism

If it comes to realization, the tourism projects would mean a strong breakthrough for Prozor-Rama, which has exceptional natural potential but has so far not fully valorized it.

Connecting industrial capital, German investors, and top-tier architecture could position Rama as a new destination on the tourist map of BiH.

For now, this is an early phase of talks, but the involvement of Snjezana Kopruner and her business network gives the project additional weight and credibility, Biznis Info writes.
