After the Cantonal Court in Mostar lifted the security measure and returned the case for retrial, the Municipal Court in Mostar today issued a Decision on the Determination of a Security Measure, which prohibited the Independent Union of Employees of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar, as a representative union, from striking and conducting a strike, the Government of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNK) announced.

The court, as stated by the HNK Government, prohibited any further activities related to organizing a strike, until the final conclusion of this process or until another court decision in this legal matter.

With this decision, in order to ensure uninterrupted and regular activities of providing health services to patients, the court obliged the named union, as a representative union, to enable uninterrupted and regular activities of providing complete and timely health services in all health institutions in the HNK area, the Government of HNK announced.
