The National Film Archive (NFA) of BIH is planning to show films from its own archive in cities throughout BiH, and currently they are working the film list which will be offered to BiH municipalities, said to FENA manager of the National Film Archive of BiH Delveta Filipović.
The goal of NFA BiH is to create a program for the entire BiH. Culture departments of all BiH municipalities will receive the film list, and will have the opportunity to choose the one they believe will be interesting to local audience.
”We made a program of classic films which should be interesting to everyone. This project is very important because many places in BiH don’t have cinemas”, said Filipović.
The audience will have the opportunity to watch classic films – from Hitchcock to Bergman; films such as – ”Citizen Kane”, ”Gone With The Wind”, ”Rebel Without A Cause” and ”The Last Emperor”.
Also the National Film Archive of BiH received 100 000 BAM to fix damaged film copies.
