The Number of newly infected in BiH increased, another 27 People passed away

1.099 new cases of coronavirus infection (SARS-CoV-2) have been registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) yesterday, and 27 deaths as a result of COVID-19 have been reported.

A total of 2.767 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH (FBiH), of which 633 were positive for SARS-CoV-2. New cases have been registered in all cantons in the FBiH, except in Canton 10. So far, a total of 907.955 samples have been tested, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 161.048 persons.

20 people from the Una-Sana, Herzegovina-Neretva, Central Bosnia, Zenica-Doboj, Tuzla Cantin, and Canton Sarajevo have died in the FBiH. The total number of deaths in the FBiH is 6.370.

When it comes to the laboratories of the BiH entity of RS, 956 laboratory samples were tested, and a new coronavirus was confirmed in 439 individuals. These are 208 men and 231 women, of whom 101 are younger, 243 middle-aged, and 95 older.

7 deaths have been reported to the RS Institute of Public Health. These are 5 men and 2 women, middle-aged and older from Teslic, Doboj, Bijeljina, Kostajnica, Gradiska, Trebinje, and Kozarska Dubica.

So far, 81.928 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in RS, and a total of 4.687 people who have been tested for coronavirus have passed away. A total of 338.171 people were tested. The total number of hospitalized people in RS is 601, while 63 people are on respirators. There are currently 6.661 people under medical supervision.

27 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered yesterday in the Brcko District of BiH.
