Milan footballer, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was in the Vatican, where he met with Pope Francis, and on that occasion, he gave him the Milan jersey together with his new book “Adrenalina“.

It was a cordial meeting, with lots of photos, smiles, and an exchange of Christmas presents. Pope Francis and Zlatan talked briefly, and according to Italian media, the Swedish ace was the first to break the ice, responding with kind words to the Pope, who thanked him for his visit.

“I brought you something and I wanted to give it to you personally,” explained Ibrahimovic, and then he took and gave him the book “Adrenalina“, written by Luigi Garlando, which talks about Zlatan’s 40 years of life.

”This is part of my story, it contains a description of my life and a little message,” Ibra added, to which the pope replied that he would be happy to read it.

Zlatan also gave the Pope his Milan jersey with number 11, telling him in his own style:

“Do you like Milan? I am performing magic on the field in this jersey…”, said Ibrahimovic, which made the Pope laugh, who finally thanked Zlatan once again for the “so personal” gift.
