The Prime Minister of Croatia will pay a working Visit to BiH Today

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, will pay a working visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Sarajevo and Mostar, on Wednesday and Thursday, September 4 and 5, 2024.

The visit will begin on Wednesday in Sarajevo, where at 11 a.m. he will meet with the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto.

Statements for the media are planned at 12:20 p.m., after which Plenković will meet with representatives of the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On Wednesday at 7 p.m., the Croatian Prime Minister will attend the opening of the Hercegovina bridge near Počitelj.

The visit program continues on Thursday, September 5, at 9:00 a.m. with a meeting with the Speaker of the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the President of the Croatian National Assembly of BiH, Dragan Čović, in the House of HDZ BiH (Kneza Domagoja bb) in Mostar.

Plenković will then tour the construction site of the new building of the Croatian National Theatre, visit the rectorate of the University of Mostar and the University Clinical Hospital Mostar.

At 11:30 a.m., the Croatian Prime Minister will attend the ceremony of handing over the contract of the Central State Office for Croats outside the Republic of Croatia in the gallery of the Bishop’s Center.

At 12:30 p.m., a joint statement to the media is planned by the mayor of Mostar, Marija Kordić, the state secretary of the Central State Office for Croats outside the Republic of Croatia, Zvonko Milas, the Speaker of the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the President of the Croatian National Assembly of BiH, Dragan Čović, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenković.
