The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not conducting an investigation against Christian Schmidt, it was confirmed in this judicial institution.

“As we have already answered before, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not receive a report from the law enforcement agencies on the committed criminal offense under the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” the Prosecutor’s Office stated in response to the question of whether they are investigating Schmidt.

The Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nenad Nešić, yesterday handed over to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office all the collected information about Schmidt and his armed escort provided by the security agencies within the Ministry of Security, as well as about “all the illegalities they did from the moment they entered the territory of BiH”.

Nešić stated that Schmidt “according to all the evidence is not a legitimate high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina” and that he expects the Prosecutor’s Office to file a case.
