The Publication of the Labor Law in the Official Gazette of the FB&H Tomorrow

Labor Law Publication vijesti-x.comThe new Labor Law is to be published in the Official Gazette of the FB&H tomorrow, and it was sent to publication by the General Secretariat of the Government of the FB&H, it was confirmed today by the Official Gazette of the FB&H.

The Labor Law will enter into force eight days after publication, on August 20th. The decree on its promulgation was signed by the President of the FB&H Marinko Cavara, after it was adopted in both Houses of the Federal Parliament.

This law regulates the conclusion of the employment contract, working hours, wages, termination of the employment contract, realization of rights and obligations arising from the employment, conclusion of collective contracts, peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes and other issues arising from employment, if not otherwise determined by another law or international contract.
