The RS Government delegation will not be allowed to visit war criminal Ratko Mladić.
This was decided at their request by the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals in The Hague.
The reasoning emphasized that the RS Government had previously sent letters advocating for Mladić’s release for treatment.
The court emphasized that accepting such a meeting at this time would jeopardize judicial independence.
