Preparations are underway for the International Trade Fair, which will be held in Mostar from April 25 to 29 next year, and it is already known that the partner country this time will be the State of Israel.
“The selection, agreement and official announcement of the partner country of the International Economic Fair in Mostar are important every year, because with the partner country, in addition to the presentation and participation in the fair, deeper and more important economic ties are developed, important for the future of Herzegovina and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” told FENA Dalfina Bošnjak, director of the Mostar International Trade Fair.
She added that the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce of the State of Israel in BiH regarding the participation of Israeli companies at the International Trade Fair was supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Tirana, led by Galit Peleg, who will soon be appointed the new ambassador of Israel in BiH.
“Israel’s participation as a partner country was finalized after Dragan Čović, Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, with his recent visit to Israel, ensured the significant participation of Israeli companies at the Economy Fair. Israel was then confirmed as an ally country that has the ability and willingness to help in efforts to bring growth, innovation and prosperity to the Herzegovina region and the whole of BiH,” Bošnjak underlined.
