The Democratic Part (DP) and the People’s Democratic Party (NDS) will continue to act as a People’s Democratic Movement, with which was formed the third political block in the RS.
The Presidents of DP and NDS, Dragan Čavić and Krsto Jandrić, said at the press conference in Bijeljina that opposition parties in the RS can accomplish their goals by working together, and that it change of the very difficult economic-social situation in the RS.
Čavić said that with the unification of the two parties, the Peoples Democratic Movement has their caucus in the National Assembly and two mayors of the municipalities and 73 council members.
He said that in Banja Luka it is the second strongest political party with five councilors.
