Sarajevo Brewery Ltd. won 3 gold medals “Ruze ZEPS / Roses of ZEPS” for the quality of the company’s main product – Sarajevsko beer, for light, dark and premium beer. Quality was assessed by the members of the expert committee, which was consisted of representatives from the ZEPS fair, tasters and experts of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences at University of Sarajevo.
“This is a result of our constant efforts to maintain the quality of Sarajevsko on the extremely high level. We are testing the quality every day, we are investing in the production facilities and technology, and we respect the old, traditional ways of brewing beer. It is very important that experts confirm the quality of a product, but we are very happy that our consumers also recognized the quality of Sarajevsko beer,” said Adnan Kamber, the Marketing manager of the Sarajevo Brewery at the ceremony of awarding medals.
The extraordinary quality of Sarajevsko beer is a combination of brewing traditions that Sarajevo Brewery is nurturing since 1864 and modern technology. Sarajevsko is produced from high quality, carefully selected natural ingredients, and the basis of its extraordinary quality is in the best water. Sarajevo Brewery is using water from their own wells, which are coming from the nature of springs on Trebevic Mountain, and which is pumped out from the depth of 300 meters.
