At the session of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mostar, three measures of “Concept of economic development from 2014 to 2018 – Economic growth and employment” were considered.
This was told to reporters in Sarajevo by the Prime Minister, Fadil Novalić, noting that the first measures relating to it are “immediately establishing a working group and task at the Federation of BiH Ministry of Finance to start working on taxes on income” that we start talking about harmonization, reduction of duties on salary”.
“The second is a measure of the registration of agricultural households in order to catch them in the so-called legal coverage, either through micro-enterprises or enterprises for their own use. In this way we enable them to use social security, which they use now via the bureau and this would open the door for them to pay preferential rates for pensions, if they have a need,” said Novalić.
The third measure, he says, is about a social version of payments of electricity, social categories will pay for electricity at lower rates and richer at higher prices.
Key economic policy measures arising from the concept of economic development for the period 2014-2018 years, compiled by the Prime Minister, Fadil Novalić are: reduction and control of public spending, reducing the burden on labor, labor market reforms, improve the business environment, activate resources, economy and support economic activities, the fight against corruption and social area.
