radoncicYesterday, in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the trial of Fahrudin Radoncic, the witnesses were Dalida Burzić, chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sarajevo Canton, Duska Jurisic, journalist of Federal Television and Sabahudin Žujo, director of “Farmavita”.

Dalida Burzić confirmed during cross-examination that she is in friendly relations with the journalist Duska Jurisic, and she asked her on January 14th 2016 to check whether Bakir Dautbašić was in Sarajevo. The next call went in the direction Jurišić – Burzić, when the journalist main cantonal prosecutor asked if Dautbašić had any applications in the Office of KS. Burzić checked the information and Duska Jurisic said that Dautbašić had no application in the Office of KS.

Furthermore, during yesterday’s hearing of Fahrudin Radoncic, journalist Jurisic said she knew Bakir Dautbašić and that it was her professional duty, because a journalist must know that profile of civil servants. Bakir Dautbašić asked in 2013 Jurisic for help because of a personal problem. Jurisic confirmed that she met Dautbašić in Sarajevo cafes and restaurants.

Jurisic decided to honor on Christmas Himzo Selimovic and Dalida Burzić and there was also talk about Dautbašić. Moreover, during yesterday’s hearing, Sabahudin Žujo, director of “Farmavita” was questioned too. Žujo further explained his statement given to SIPA. He stated that on December 16th 2015 Dautbašić called and insisted that they talk.

Žujo and Dautbašić met in Bristol, and Dautbašić told him: “You have greetings from Radoncic” and asked him to meet with Sarić. Earlier on, Radončić and Dautbasic forced Azra Saric, who worked in ”Farmavita” to give a false testimony in the case of “Kelmendi” in Pristina, as well as not to testify in the investigation against Radoncic conducted before the prosecution.

Fahrudin Radoncics lawyer Asim Crnalić said after the hearing that he was satisfied with the testimonies of the witnesses, and they reaffirmed that there was no pressure on Azra Saric.
