A member of the Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) committed suicide with a firearm on Friday morning at the premises of this police agency, Avaz news portal has learned.
The investigation is over.
Neven Kramer, a spokesman for the East Sarajevo District Attorney’s Office, told Avaz news portal that it was officially a suicide. He couldn’t talk about the details.
Unofficially, the man is Ilija Tomas, who is about 55 years old.
Thomas was a member of SIPA’s Center for War Crimes Investigation, managed by Edin Malkic.
