Alley of Ambassadors nap.baThirty-one linden trees in the Alley of Ambassadors in Sarajevo were replaced, due to complete or partial damage. Through the Office for Utility Works, the Municipality of Stari Grad hired the Cantonal Public Utility Enterprise “Park” to replace the linden trees that got damaged and dried over time. For this purpose, the Municipality allocated 6.000 BAM.

Late last month, works were completed on regular maintenance and arrangement of the popular promenade, the Alley of Ambassadors. Within this maintenance, debris were removed on the section from the plateau on Dariva to the Kozija Bridge, and due to the presence of snakes, the plateau on Dariva was also mowed.

The Municipality hired the members of the Voluntary Fire Brigade “Vratnik” for these works. Moreover, in the previous period, in addition to regular maintenance, benches and trash bins were fixed and installed in the entire Alley of Ambassadors.
