Tourists delighted with the Beauty: City that is worth to Visit

12959590_1752645251638818_2072765442_oMany tourists who visit Sarajevo are fascinated by its beauty, and they all agree on one thing – this is a city that has a soul.

Whether you visit it in the winter or summer, it will leave an impression on you with its interesting architecture, gastronomic offer or simply with a feeling of tranquility as you explore dozens of narrow streets of Bascarsija.

Some of the most beautiful photos of Sarajevo were taken by tourists whose photos that are posted on social networks can often be seen at the tourist pages that recommend Sarajevo as the preferred destination.

Thanks to modern technology, high quality photos can be made with a cell phone, and a little imagination makes fascinating photos that caught “soul” of Sarajevo at least for a moment.

Positive statistics

According to the Federal Bureau of Statistics, the total number of tourist in February 2016 amounted to 29,965, which is by 7.0 % more than in February 2015, and compared to January 2016, it was more by 0.5%. The share of domestic tourists was 40.0 %, and foreign tourists 60.0 %.

The total number of overnight stays in February 2016 amounted to 54,248, which is by 4.0 % more than in February 2015, and compared to January 2016, it was less by 9.0 %. The share of domestic tourists was 35.3 %, while the share of foreign tourists was 64.7 %.
