The traditional 460th jumps from the Old Bridge will be held on Sunday, July 26, starting at 4 p.m.

The organizer this year is the Mostari Diving Club, the patron is the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović, and the event was supported by sponsors and friends of the Club.

The sponsors of the event for more than two decades are the City of Mostar, the City Sports Association, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Environmental Protection of the Croatian National Football Team, the Croatian National Football Team Tourist Board, BH Telecom and Fortuna DMC, and in recent years the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, Red Bull, and Visit Sarajevo.

The event has an international character this year as well, and divers from almost all countries in the region have been announced. The title of the winner is defended by Evald Krnić in the head discipline and Emel Tiro in the leg discipline.

”The Mostari Diving Club has made the necessary preparations for the event. According to the announcements, around 50 competitors will arrive, and we will know the exact number of participants on Sunday, the day of the event, after the medical examination. As in all previous years, the jumps will be held in two disciplines – head jumps and feet jumps,” announced Amar Tojaga, a member of the Organizing Committee.

In addition to the traditional jumps, the Tavla Club Stari Grad will organize a backgammon tournament as part of the event, which will be played on Saturday, July 25th at 10 am in the Neretva restaurant (Brodari). The media sponsors are Face TV and BH Radio 1, which will also broadcast the Jumps live on television and radio, the organizers announced.
