Traditional manifestation ” Through Semberija with knowledge, song and dance” which will host 14 teams from 14 villages from Semberija will be held today in Patkovača near Bijeljina.
Participants of this manifestation will present themselves through song, folk dances etc.
The event will last for next four weekends, and this weekend teams from Patkovača, Glogovača, Popovi and Batković will present themselves.
The presenting of the teams will last until 10 March, and the closing concert will be held in Bijeljina on 16 March.
This year’s festival will not be a contest festival, which has been tradition in the past.
The organisers of 34th festival are city of Bijeljina and ”Prosvjeta” and it is funded by RS Ministry of Culture and Education and Microcredit Association ”Mikrofin” Banjaluka.
