Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, spoke on Tuesday with the Ambassador of Indonesia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Roem Kono.

The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with traditionally good political relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Indonesia, which can be seen in the cooperation between the two countries on a multilateral level.

Bećirović thanked Indonesia for its overall support and assistance. He assessed that Indonesia has demonstrated, through many activities, its sincere friendship towards our country since the independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bećirović and Kono emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen ties in the field of economy, considering that capacities of bilateral economic cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Indonesia have not been used enough. There are possibilities for cooperation in the field of tourism.

The need to intensify cooperation through the organization of business forums, bilateral meetings of business people, as well as high-level official visits was emphasized, the BiH Presidency announced.
