Traffic on the International Border Crossing Doljani established

13435613_1202867949764159_51952356_nBorder Police of BiH announced that the traffic on the International border crossing (MGP) Doljani – Metković was established again. Due to technical reasons, the traffic was suspended since Thursday at 10 pm until today at 11:30 am.

Due to technical malfunction of the document scanner on the Croatian side of the crossing, BiH citizens (and other citizens who are not citizens of countries members of the EU) were not able to cross the state border over that crossing in the mentioned period.

Border Police urges the citizens of BiH to use alternative border crossings during summer months, given the fact that the MGP Doljani is the most frequent border crossing with poor infrastructure and that columns of vehicles and longer retentions are often present on this border crossing.

Much less frequent are crossings such as MGP Gabela Polje, located only several kilometers away from Doljani, and in the south of BiH the border can be crossed on the MGP Zvirići, Bijača, Crveni Grm, etc., it was stated.
