The Sarajevo Regional Development Agency (SERDA) will organize on 26 and 27 December a training for managers of small and medium sized businesses from the area of the metal industry from the cross-border regions of B&H and Serbia, as part of the project financed by the EU ‘Increasing competitiveness of small and medium businesses and strengthening cross-border ties in the metal industry-EUMETAL 2’.
The aim of the training is to strengthen the capacity of small and medium businesses, their organizational and negotiating skills, as well as the introduction of the basic principles of management, leadership and the rules of modern management.
The project is financed by the EU as part of the cross-border cooperation of Serbia and B&H. The total value of the project is 365.432 Euros, of which the EU financed around 83 percent (304.070,34 Euros), and the other 17 percent (61.361,66 Euros) was financed by SERDA and RRA Zlatibor.
