Tropical Night in Sarajevo: Start of 2014 With Sounds of Samba

nova-godina-sarajevo-bbi“Tropical night in Sarajevo” is the title of the event that will be organized outdoors in Sarajevo on New Year’s Eve. Citizens of B&H and tourists will have the chance to enjoy B&H bands that will guarantee a good time and great atmosphere.

“We have decided to link this event with the historical success of the representation of B&H will play at the World Championship in Brazil in 2014”, said Aljoša Čampara, the Deputy Mayor of Sarajevo.

He stated that the program of New Year’s eve consists of two parts, a children’s program and a New Year program, which is planned from 21:00 to 01:00.

Direct transmission in HD will be possible through FACE TV in B&H, Europe, Australia, USA and Canada.

According to the program, DJ Muhamed Trnka with electric pop hits will perform first for the audience. Then, B&H band Divanhana will perform for the public gathered at the Children’s Square in Sarajevo and in front of BBI center. The band Last Location will perform for all fans of pop rock music. The group Konvoj will perform in front of BBI center and then B&H rapper Frankie will perform right before the countdown.

Drum Orchestra and top dancers in the rhythm of samba and Brazilian carnivals will mark the start of 2014. Serious Beat Lovers band will perform after midnight.
