ugaljTurkish investors are interested in investing primarily in the mining and extraction of coal, announced the FBiH Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry on 27 August after a meeting with the FBiH Minister Erdal Trhulj and investor from Turkey Nedim Barkacin, the owner of ‘Nida Group’, which is ready to invest in our country.

Minister Trhulj spoke to Barkacin how the Memorandum of cooperation between the government and the FBiH government and the Ministry of Mining of Turkey already exists and that the interest of investors from Turkey is welcome in our country.

Investing in the mining sector would certainly create new jobs, and the economic and energy sector would significantly improve since B&H has always been a mining country with high-quality coal.

Minister Trhulj spoke to Barkacin about the development of the military industry in the FBiH. They are also ready to invest in the production of construction material, and to launch intensive production of LED lighting in our country.

It was concluded at the meeting that the FBiH Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, headed by Minister Trhulj, as well as the entire FBiH government, is ready to do everything so that our country would open its doors wide to foreign investors, and therefore investors from Turkey.
