After accepting the plea agreement, the Sarajevo Cantonal Court (KSS) found Mirza Turković guilty of the crime of robbery and sentenced him to five years in prison, it was announced on the official website of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office.
The defendant is accused of having on September 6, 2023, in the territory of the municipality of Novo Sarajevo, masked and with a hood on his head entered the PJ ‘Konzum’, then, holding a weapon – a gun, he threatened the workers with the words ‘Give me money!’ and opened the cash register and stole 262 BAM.
In an attempt to escape, he fired several shots in the direction of two customers who happened to be on the spot, who managed to catch up with him and “put him under control” until the police arrived.
