tuzla-stadionThe capacity of stadium Tušanj in Tuzla is expected to be increased by 3.500 covered seats by the end of March, and including the west and north stands, it will be close to 8.000 seats.

At the meeting in municipality Tuzla with the Mayor Jasmin Imamović, an agreement was reached on the completion of works of the north stand of the stadium Tušanj.

‘’The setting up of seats in the north stands of Stadium Tušanj is expected to be completed by 5 March’’, said Sabahudin Vugdalić, who arrived to Tuzla to help Sloboda and municipality Tuzla in achieving partnerships with foreign investors who are expected to begin construction of the eastern stands of this stadium in March.

Assistant Mayor for Social Affairs Aid Berbić said that final works in the north stand are left. If everything goes at the anticipated pace, the north stand will be in sue in Spring for the Championship in the first division of the FB&H First Division, and there is no doubt that for the games of Sloboda, led by Miroslav Blažević, there will be a high demand for tickets.

We recall that municipality Tuzla financed the construction of the north stands, and it is estimated that close to 4,5 million BAM was spent. The construction began in July 2009, and the opening of the stands is expected by the end of March 2014.
