Two Unidentified Drones Flew Over AFBiH Ammunition Depot, Military Police Notified

During the night from Sunday to Monday, two unidentified drones were spotted above the ammunition depot in Tuzla.

As confirmed by the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tuzla Canton (TC), at around 2:40 a.m. on Monday, the commander of the guard of the Logistics Center for Storage of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH) in Tuzla contacted the Police Department and reported that two drones were seen above the mentioned facility.

“The Military Police of the AFBiH was notified about the incident, in order to undertake measures and actions within their jurisdiction,” said the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of TC.

Considering that this is not the first case of unauthorized drone overflights, a response from the competent authorities is expected in order to adequately secure military facilities.

To recall, in November last year, during the afternoon hours, an unauthorized drone overflight was recorded above the barracks of the AFBiH in Rajlovac. At that time, members of the AFBiH noticed two drones flying low over the barracks, and they were visible due to red lights marking their position.
