British Foreign Minister David Lammy is set to make an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina tomorrow, as confirmed by BiH Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković during a live interview on Klix Studio.
Konaković noted that it has been a long time since a British Foreign Minister last visited the country. He stated that he will host Lammy at the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs, followed by a joint dinner. Lammy is also scheduled to meet with members of the BiH Presidency.
“Great Britain brings a new kind of energy—as a non-EU actor—which complements the roles of the United States, and the new Austrian and German governments,” Konaković added.
The last visit by a British Foreign Minister to BiH occurred in May 2022.
