Valuable Classic Car Exhibits in Mostar attract numerous Visitors

On Saturday and Sunday, Mostar once again became the center of Europe for classic car enthusiasts, thanks to the traditional event “Museum Days” organized by the Oldtimer Club Mostar.

The event gathered participants from many countries around the world who showcased their valuable classic car exhibits, and citizens had the opportunity to view the displayed cars for free and visit the museum located within the club’s premises.

In addition to participants and locals, “Museum Days” attracted many tourists and old car lovers, reaffirming Mostar as a significant destination on the map of classic car events in Europe.

Speaking about the work of the Mostar Oldtimer Club, President Zdravko Vidovic previously stated that the club has gained 130 new members, not only from Herzegovina and Mostar but also from Lithuania, France, Spain, Austria, and other countries.

Vidovic emphasizes that for a club in this field, this is quite significant and shows how unique they are and how they stand out from all others. He adds that they attend gatherings all over Europe, and regarding Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), he believes that the Mostar Club has recently taken the lead.

“Last year, we had participants from ten countries and were declared the largest cultural event in Europe, even featured on UNESCO’s official website. So I think we are on a good path where there is no self-interest and where there is a great passion that becomes an obsession. We aim to connect as many people as possible, breaking the stereotypes of negative things like wars, and now people freely come from Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, and other countries,” said Zdravko Vidovic, President of the Oldtimer Club Mostar.
