The total catering trade in FB&H in the fourth quarter of 2013 was 42.052.364 KM, or 11,8 percent more than in the same period in 2012.
According to the Federal Institute for Statistics, the overnight stay value in the last quarter of 2013 was 16.019.649 KM or 15,6 percent more than in the same period in 2012.
When the service types are observed, it can be concluded that from the total sum, 38,1 percent belongs to overnight stays, 35 percent to food, 6,8 percent to beverages, 4,7 percent to non alcoholic drinks and 15,4 to other services.
