Viber jeopardized Telecom Operators in FB&H?

Viber Popularity eistra.infoFree communication app Viber jeopardized the telecom operators in FB&H as well. According to the data of the Federal Institute for Statistics, fixed telephone calls measured in minutes decreased by 6.7 percent in the period from October to December 2015 in comparison with the same period in 2014.

Slightly lower decline was recorded in case of mobile phone calls. In the period from October to December 2015, a decline by 3.4 percent was recorded in comparison with the same period a year before.

According to the same data, the citizens of FB&H sent 9.1 percent less text messages in the last three months of 2015 than in the same period in 2014.

It is evident that more and more people use free communication app. Viber is the most popular, and its popularity especially increased after the introduction of 3G network.
