Visegrad is the Champion of Cultural Tourism in South-East Europe

13023350_1760431750860168_1056134756_nWithin the tourist action “Let’s choose the most successful in tourism in the Mediterranean and Southeast Europe 2015”, Visegrad won the title of champion of cultural tourism.

France was declared for the champion of winter tourism, and the best tourist place of the Mediterranean and Southeast Europe, according to the decision of the international jury, is Venice. Champion of health tourism is Hungary, and continental tourism Ljubljana.

Italy was declared as the best tourist destination, while the title of the champion of summer tourism went to Spain.

Monera Export from Novi Sad was declared as the best partner in tourism in Southeast Europe, and Solaris Resort from Vrnjacka Banja for the best apartment center in the region.

International tourist patrol Sacen International, besides Serbia, visited a number of other countries including France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, BiH, Montenegro, Tunisia, Malta, Cyprus and Greece, after which the international jury of experts chose the best.

The awarding ceremony will be held on the 7th of May in Skadarlija, Belgrade.
