The Bosniak Club in the Council of Peoples will raise a vital national interest after the National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted the Law on the Non-Application of Laws and the Prohibition of the Activities of, as stated, Extra-Constitutional Institutions of BiH tonight.

This was confirmed to BHRT by Alija Tabaković, president of the Bosniak Club in the Council of Peoples of this entity.

This means that the Constitutional Court of RS will decide on everything.

Therefore, the entire procedure for the implementation, or entry into force, of the legal solutions adopted tonight may take up to two months.

The National Assembly of RS adopted tonight the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska, the Draft Law on the Non-Application of Laws and the Prohibition of the Activities of “Extra-Constitutional Institutions of BiH” (Court, Prosecutor’s Office, SIPA), the Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, and the Draft Law on the Special Register and Publicity of the Work of Non-Profit Organizations.
