volkswagenThe Delegation of the Government of FBiH met in Frankfurt with the leadership of Volkswagen Braunschweig and noted the interest of this factory to discuss modalities of cooperation with companies from BiH as soon as possible, as announced from the Government of FBiH.

A joint delegation of the Government of FBiH, the Chamber of Commerce of FBiH and the business sector, led by the Minister of Trade of FBiH Zlatan Vujanovic and Consul General of BiH in Frankfurt Dzevad Saldic, visited the Volkswagen Braunschweig in Germany, the main factory of spare parts and accessories for the product range of the Volkswagen.

“They discussed the possible cooperation of present BH companies, such as ‘Plamingo’, ‘TMD group’, ‘Bekto precisa’ and ‘Vagner Automotive’ local market leaders and host companies,” as said in the statement.

During this visit was noted the interest to discuss the modalities of cooperation with the represented companies from BiH. The next step is a direct contact of representatives of the management, development and strategic planning of the Factory in order to be familiar with the evolving business and manufacturing operations of domestic companies.

Vujanovic said that the decades-long cooperation with Volkswagen is a huge capital of mutual respect, trust and commitment to the business, and that the return of Volkswagen, as the dominant strategic economic partners, would mean a great advantage, not only for the development of the metal industry of precision mechanics, but also to attract other major economic business partners from all sectors of economic and social development.
