The car of the Law and Order List representative in the National Assembly of the Bosnian entity of the Republika Srpska, Nebojša Vukanović, was set on fire last night. He claims that the government, led by the president of the SNSD, Milorad Dodik, is behind everything, which, as he claims, is drawing a target on his forehead because of the criticism he makes.

All this happened after the session of the National Assembly of the RS at which the new constitution of this entity was submitted for public debate, but also adopted the Law on the Protection of Constitutional Order.

“Tonight, just a few hours after the end of the marathon session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska at which the Prime Minister Radovan Višković compared me to the Ustashas, Serbs who betrayed their people, and the President of the National Assembly Nenad Stevandić called me a traitor, continuously putting a target on my forehead, shortly before help arrived, a fire was set under the vehicle “Toyota Auris” which completely burned down,” he wrote.

Surveillance cameras recorded a man wearing a cap dousing a Toyota Auris with gasoline and a flammable mixture, then setting the vehicle on fire, which was completely destroyed. Firefighters intervened and extinguished the fire, while the police are investigating, Vukanović said, publishing a video surveillance footage.

Vukanović recalled previous threats and physical attacks against him and identified the main culprit.

“Just ten days ago, I filed a criminal complaint against Milorad Dodik, who is the instigator of the attack, for endangering security with the District Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka,” he said.

Vukanović also reminded that all this comes at a time when his name is being mentioned as the new Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federalna writes.
