Vulin arrived in BiH, but not by Helicopter as he had planned

The Vice President in the Government of Serbia and former head of the Intelligence Agency of Serbia (BIA), Aleksandar Vulin, arrived today in Prebilovce near Capljina, after he was not allowed to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina by helicopter on Monday evening.

Upon his arrival in Capljina, Vulin falsely claimed that he was tried to be banned from entering Bosnia and Herzegovina, although it was not that kind of ban.

“That little mischief lasted one night, they were big, important, strong, but today I am with my people. Let them rejoice in their mischief, but today I am with my people,” Vulin told ATV.

We remind you that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, said that the letter for the helicopter flyover with Vulin arrived late on Friday evening, bypassing the procedure.

“On Monday, if it was a serious person, we could have made some effort to eventually solve the problem. Since it is a man who directly and repeatedly attacks the sovereignty and integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, finances female students who glorify war criminals, and since that part is really in my jurisdiction, I did not sign that type of consent due to wrong procedures and the person in question,” Konaković said.

He added that this kind of Vulin will never get his permission to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He pointed out that he cannot prohibit Vulin from entering BiH, but when it comes to entering by helicopter, that consent is required.

This was followed by the reaction of Vulin, who said that he was not prohibited from entering by helicopter, but that there was no one in the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Bosnia and Herzegovina to sign the entry because everyone was “on annual vacation”, Klix.ba writes.
