What is the average Price of Meter Square of New Apartments in BiH?

The average price of new apartments sold in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fourth quarter of last year was 2,419 BAM per square meter.

Compared to the average price of new apartments sold per square meter in 2021, the average price is higher by 32.3 percent, and compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, it is higher by 27 percent, the BiH Statistics Agency announced.

The number of new apartments sold in the fourth quarter of last year was 1,277, and compared to the same quarter of the previous year, it was 4.3 percent lower and 37.8 percent higher than the average number of new apartments sold in 2021.

In the fourth quarter of last year, the average price per square meter of new apartments sold in BiH consisted of: 342 BAM related to the price of construction land, 1,414 BAM related to the cost of construction and contractor’s profit, and 663 BAM for other costs, including VAT, Fena reports.
