What is the total Value of Furniture exported from BiH in 2018?

The exports of furniture from BiH is recording constant increase, and its value amounted to 604 million BAM in the first half of this year, according to the latest data released by the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH.

In this way, this sector became one of the most important economic fields in our country as well as the carrier of economic development.

BiH exported most of the furniture, bedclothes, mattresses and mattress supporters in the first six months of this year to Germany, and the value of exports amounted to 210 million BAM.

In the second place is Croatia with around 50 million, followed by the Czech Republic with 48, the Netherlands with 45 and Spain with about 40 million BAM of exports. The list of top 10 also includes Italy, Austria, France, Turkey and Switzerland.

As you can see, these are the most demanding European markets at which Bosnian companies are competing with other foreign companies.

On the other hand, import of furniture in BiH in the first half of the year amounted to a total of 132 million BAM.

The export of furniture amounted to a total of a billion and 153 million BAM last year.
