Yesterday, a hearing was held before the Sarajevo Cantonal Court in the case of “Sava Marinkovic et al” due to the murder of police officers Adis Sehovic and Davor Vujinovic. As part of the evidentiary proceedings, Aleksandra Mizdrak testified yesterday as a witness of the Canton Sarajevo (CS) Prosecution.

With the main hearing, Judge Igor Todorovic continued the court proceedings in the case against three suspects: Sava Marinkovic, Aleksandar Macan and Marko Trifkovic.

They are accused of killing policeman Aid Sehovic on the spot in the early morning hours of October 26th, 2018, in Geteova Street in Alipasino Polje, and seriously wounding his colleague Davor Vujinovic, who later died of his injuries. They are also charged with the crime of “Aggravated Theft”.

Mizdrak is a police officer of the CS Ministry of Internal Affairsin the crime police sector and is also a part of the investigative team that she formed specifically to shed light on this case. Her task, as a member of the special investigation team, was to analyze the data collected using the Sky application.

At the very beginning of her testimony, Mizdrak told what she found when, on the orders of the then superior Ivica Buzuk, came to Geteova Street.

After that, she received an assignment from Buzuk as to how she and her colleagues would be assigned and what would be whose task. The main task was to determine the route of movement of the perpetrators.

Mizdrak touched on the fact that in that period, in CS, the theft of vehicles was a frequent occurrence. She stated that, according to their records, more than 12,000 motor vehicles were stolen.

Macan was worried because more people knew about the events of October 26th, 2018

In the official notes signed by, among others, Mizdrak, there are checks at the border crossings of Marinkovic, Macan et al. Also, there are recapitulations of all findings related to Marinkovic, analysis of Sky applications of conversations held by Aleksandar Macan, Aleksandar Nikolic, Milos Bozovic, Mladen Samardzic, Miro Mrkonjic – persons who are linked to the perpetrators of the crimes for which this case was opened.

Namely, in the Sky application, users use certain names that can be changed, and Macan communicated under the user names “Vojvoda”, “Libertas” and similar.

The next note was made based on the conversation between Macan and Bozovic, in which Macan explains that “they” did it because of Draz, who was Marinkovic‘s friend, and Bozovicadds “that they could kill the policemen without endangering the automafia”, Klix.ba reports.
